The event took place at the <strong>Boca de la Mina Training Center in Reus<\/strong>, and brought together high school and vocational training students from different schools in the territory with the aim of putting into practice their creativity and ability to solve real challenges in the business world.<\/p>\n<p>From <a href=\"https:\/\/masergrup.com\/\">MaserGrup<\/a> we were invited to participate as a collaborating company, and we proposed a challenge linked to<strong> the field of employment and talent<\/strong> recruitment in our companies. In the morning, we had the opportunity to present the challenge to the participating teams and share with them the reality and needs of our work environment. In the afternoon, we were part of the <strong>jury<\/strong> in charge of listening to the final proposals and selecting the winning team, to which we presented <strong>a batch of MaserGrup products<\/strong> in recognition of their work.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>We are committed to training talent<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>For MaserGrup, participating in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dipta.cat\/empren\/hackdipta\">initiatives<\/a> such as HackDipta<strong> reinforces our commitment to the territory and local talent<\/strong>. We are firmly committed to the training and development of young people, as they are key to building an innovative, competitive and rooted future. The hackathon experience allowed us to connect with the new generations, listen to their ideas and transmit the values that guide our industrial group.<\/p>\n<p>All the companies that are part of MaserGrup share this vision: to work for a sustainable business model, with positive social impact and rooted in the territory. We would like to thank the Tarragona Provincial Council for inviting us to this enriching event and we hope to continue collaborating in actions that promote innovation and young talent.<\/p>\n<span class=\"collapseomatic \" id=\"id6a382d94e163d\"  tabindex=\"0\" title=\"\"    ><\/span><div id=\"target-id6a382d94e163d\" class=\"collapseomatic_content \">\n<p>We devise committed and motivated teams so they keep on growing with themselves and with us.
