All three units will remain active and be strengthened, while also preserving the entire workforce, their working conditions, and seniority, as they are integrated into the new ownership.<\/p>\n<p>According to data from international consultancy IWSR, <strong>Perucchi<\/strong> currently ranks fourth in volume within the premium vermouth segment in Spain. Its iconic product, <strong>Perucchi Gran Reserva<\/strong>, continues to be crafted using the original 1876 recipe, made with over 50 natural botanicals and traditionally aged in century-old oak vats. The brand\u2019s portfolio also includes other high-end products such as Perucchi Spritz and Italian-inspired liqueurs.<\/p>\n<p>With this integration, <strong>MaserGrup<\/strong> expects to generate industrial and commercial synergies that will drive double-digit annual growth in the coming years within the food and beverage sector.
