Education, inclusion and equal opportunities are central to this outlook, which connects business progress with the wellbeing of society and the communities in which we operate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The gathering on 15 September at El C\u00edrcol in Reus, organised by El C\u00edrcol and Fundaci\u00f3 Gresol, places this challenge at the heart of the discussion. The lunchtime discussion, \u201cGenerant oportunitats per a talent jove\u201d (\u201cCreating opportunities for young talent\u201d), features Dr Marta Seg\u00fa, Director General of the Bar\u00e7a Foundation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The event offers an opportunity to explore the social, educational and transformative work the Bar\u00e7a Foundation carries out through sport, alongside its challenges and future projects. It encourages reflection on how to support younger generations, particularly where barriers make it harder for them to participate in society.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">At MaserGrup, we share the belief that talent needs the right opportunities to grow and develop. Listening to young people, recognising their abilities and giving them tools to move forward are essential to helping them define their goals and pursue their own projects.
