During the past Easter week, the Cambrils Unió CF, sponsored by Tecnol, hosted the Mundialito 2023. The tournament started on April 2nd and ended on Saturday the 8th, with over 8,000 young footballers from 25 countries participating, including renowned teams such as FC Barcelona, Juventus of Turin, Atlético de Madrid, Olympique de Lyon, and Sporting of Portugal.
The Mundialito is one of the largest international youth football tournaments in the world, in both male and female categories, and featured 350 teams from 5 continents playing for a whole week of football and fair play.
This was the 28th edition of this grassroots football championship, and the fourth one held in the town of Cambrils, where Cambrils Unió CF acted as host. Tecnol has been sponsoring the team for several years, and we are proud of how they represent our company with their great talent and effort.
In addition to the Mundialito, Tecnol also sponsored the TAU Cerámica Reus Costa Daurada Open 2023 of the World Pádel Tour, demonstrating our commitment to sports and promoting a healthy lifestyle for our employees.
At Maser Grup, including Tecnol, we have implemented various actions this year to promote health and wellness in our work environment: we have created spaces for sports in our new headquarters, launched the “Maser Sin Humos” program, and encouraged the consumption of healthy food, among other initiatives. All with the aim of improving the work routine of our employees and their workspaces.
