MaserGrup, a business holding with a strong track record in the consumer goods, food, and health sectors, has announced a strategic investment in Swiss company Holle Baby Food — a global leader in organic and biodynamic baby nutrition and an international pioneer in Demeter-certified products.
This investment is part of MaserGrup’s international expansion strategy into high value-added categories, positioning the group as a key player in the healthy and sustainable baby food segment.
The acquisition falls within the group’s broader investment plan in Europe, which began in the second half of 2023 with the purchase of Costa Concentrados Levantinos in Spain —a company specialized in plant-based beverages —and continued with the opening of a new Fruselva factory dedicated to baby food, located in the same production center.
“This investment represents a long-term alliance with a brand that shares our core values: quality, sustainability, and a commitment to health from the earliest stages of life,” says Xavier Martínez i Serra, president and founder of MaserGrup. “Our goal is to support and strengthen the development of Holle Baby Food without compromising its identity or the standards it has upheld throughout its 90-year history. This new chapter will bring enhanced industrial capabilities, innovation, and global distribution to take its unique offering to new markets.”
