On September 4 and 5, Tecnol, the oldest and most established company within MaserGrup, held its XXIX Sales Seminar at its corporate headquarters under the motto The Customer at the Center. The event brought together nearly one hundred professionals for two intense days of training, strategy, and inspiration.

Two days focused on innovation and strategy

The first day was dedicated to presenting the latest innovations from the Urban and Technics ranges, along with sessions on pricing improvement strategies and reference optimization. There was also a training session titled “Product Development”, led by David Baró, which delved into the processes that turn an idea into a real market solution.

On Friday, the second day featured practical product demonstrations, a lecture on commercial tools, and a review of the upcoming launches planned for 2025. Tecnol’s management also presented the year-end objectives and incentives, reinforcing the importance of teamwork to face new challenges.

An inspiring closing session with Toni Nadal

The highlight of the seminar was the conference “Everything Can Be Trained” delivered by Toni Nadal, who shared his vision on the importance of effort, discipline, and commitment in achieving goals. Nadal emphasized the need to nurture motivation and enthusiasm, values that are not only essential in elite sports but also in the daily work of technical professionals, middle managers, executives, and entrepreneurs.

Currently, Toni Nadal combines his role as ambassador of the Rafa Nadal Academy with his activity as an international keynote speaker, where he transmits values such as resilience, self-demand, humility, respect, commitment, and continuous improvement, always stressing the importance of keeping perspective when facing both successes and failures.
