At MaserGrup, we take great pride in seeing Miró Vermouth, one of our most emblematic brands with a deep connection to gastronomic culture, once again take center stage at one of the most prestigious culinary events: the Comer Awards 2025 gala, organized by La Vanguardia.
This annual event brings together culinary excellence, innovation, and gastronomic storytelling in a single space. Miró Vermouth participated once again as an official collaborator, reaffirming its commitment to gastronomy, culture, and the creative spirit that defines Spanish cuisine.
This year’s gala honored several outstanding figures:
- The Special Comer Award 2025 went to Basque chef Andoni Luis Aduriz, for his restless spirit and contributions to avant-garde cuisine.
- The C for Science was awarded to Violeta Moizé, for her work in nutrition and gastronomic research.
- The O for Origin went to Antonia Muiños and Rosa Mirás, for their advocacy of local products and sustainability.
- The M for Perspective was awarded to chef Carles Gaig, for a career that blends tradition, vision, and emotion.
- The E for Environment recognized Victoria Torres, for her efforts in preserving the landscape and viticultural identity.
- Finally, the Familia Torres Award for Gastronomic Storytelling went to “Flor de invierno”, by Evelyn Megías, for her ability to connect literature and culinary culture with great sensitivity.
The evening served as a tribute to those who turn cooking into art, to storytelling as a cultural medium, and to the professionals who build memorable experiences through passion and creativity. The elegant setting, inspiring speeches, and atmosphere of celebration made it a night to remember.
At MaserGrup, we share Miró Vermouth’s pride in being part of this event and in continuing to build bridges between the world of vermouth and haute cuisine. Their participation reflects our shared commitment to culture, innovation, and the value of storytelling as an expression of identity.
We extend our congratulations to all the award winners, especially Andoni Luis Aduriz and Evelyn Megías, for their talent and contribution to gastronomic culture.
At MaserGrup, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that bring together tradition, creativity, and local roots — values that inspire both our group and each of the brands that form part of it.
