On September 3rd the Group acquires Vermouth Miró, one of the oldest and well-known Vermouth Brands in Spain. Focused on the production of its traditional vermouth and other liquor wines. Miró is the largest producer of vermouth in Spain, specialised in co-manufacturing and MDD. Since the acquisition, the new management has promoted innovation and drafted and Internationalisation Plan towards 2026.
