MaserGrup continues to strengthen its commitment to the local area and to the communities where it operates. In line with this approach, Fruselva, a company belonging to the group, has once again taken part in the Fira de l’Avellana in Riudoms alongside Costa and Amandín, two brands linked to the company.

From 7 to 9 August, Riudoms hosted the 44th edition of the Fira de l’Avellana and the 425th Fira de Sant Llorenç, a firmly established event in the Baix Camp calendar that brings together tradition, gastronomy, culture and business activity. Over three days, the town hosted workshops, gastronomic experiences, exhibitions, live music and family activities, in an edition that also featured the world of Antoni Gaudí as one of its main themes within the framework of the Gaudí Year.

A presence that connects business, brands and the local community

The participation of Fruselva, Costa and Amandín brought a range of projects related to food and innovation closer to the public. Throughout the weekend, visitors were able to taste a selection of plant-based drinks from Costa and Amandín and discover part of both brands’ product ranges first-hand.

From MaserGrup’s perspective, this participation represents much more than simply attending a local event. It reflects an approach to business growth based on combining innovation, international reach and strong local roots.

Fruselva has a particularly close connection with the Baix Camp region. Riudoms is home to one of its production plants, while its corporate headquarters are located in Reus, reinforcing the group’s industrial and business presence in the area.

Growing globally without losing local roots

From this local base, Fruselva carries out industrial and innovative activities with a clear international outlook, bringing its food solutions to markets around the world. At the same time, the company remains firmly committed to the local economic and social fabric, local talent and initiatives that contribute to the development of the surrounding area.

This philosophy is fully aligned with MaserGrup’s vision: to promote competitive business projects with the capacity for global growth, while remaining closely connected to the communities where they were created and have evolved.

The Fira de l’Avellana, closely linked to Riudoms’ agricultural and gastronomic identity, provides a meeting point for companies, producers, organisations, local residents and visitors. The participation of Fruselva, Costa and Amandín therefore helps to strengthen the connection between business activity, the local area and society.

Through initiatives such as this, MaserGrup continues to advance a growth strategy that combines diversification, innovation, proximity and commitment to the local community, consolidating a business model capable of competing internationally while continuing to generate value from the Baix Camp region.
