At MaserGrup, we reaffirm our commitment to promoting the territory and its gastronomic culture. For this reason, we are especially pleased to have taken part, through our company Miró Vermouth, in the Gastronomic Conferences: production, innovation and gastronomy, organised by the Tarragona Provincial Council on 11 November in Salou and 25 November in La Ràpita, within the framework of the Som Gastronomia – Catalonia, World Region of Gastronomy 2025 project.
These conferences focused on what we consider essential: the value of local products, the talent of chefs and the strength of the agri-food sector in the province. At MaserGrup, we greatly appreciate the integrative nature of the event, which combined talks, round tables, showcookings and tasting areas featuring DO and PGI products, creating an ideal environment for dialogue between restaurants, producers and the food industry.

The presence of Miró Vermouth, as a historic brand rooted in Reus, helped highlight the connection between tradition and innovation. Professionals and attendees were able to discover firsthand our range of vermouths: products that reflect a century-old legacy, yet also new proposals adapted to modern consumption trends, such as alcohol-free varieties or more contemporary flavour profiles. Events like these enable the exchange of experiences with chefs, producers and companies in the sector, while also identifying opportunities for collaboration and international growth.
For MaserGrup, taking part in these conferences is far more than a visibility action: it aligns with our corporate responsibility strategy and with our objective of contributing to the economic and social development of the territory. We support projects that strengthen the agri-food value chain —from producers to the hospitality sector— and that generate economic value and cultural richness for the province.
