At MaserGrup, we believe that business growth should go hand in hand with a strong commitment to the local community, culture and initiatives that help preserve and promote the identity of the places where we operate. For this reason, we are proud that one of our brands, Miró Vermouth, has participated as a sponsor of the new mural dedicated to Antoni Gaudí, recently inaugurated in Reus as part of Gaudí Year 2026.
Located on the façade of the rectory of the Parish of Sant Joan Baptista, the artwork is one of the most significant projects commemorating the centenary of the architect’s death. Measuring 21 metres high and 6.5 metres wide, the mural has become one of the most remarkable artistic tributes to Gaudí within the city’s urban landscape.
Entitled “Gaudí, from Reus to the World”, the mural was created by artist Jonatan Carranza, known professionally as Sojo. The work celebrates the universal figure of Antoni Gaudí and strengthens the connection between his legacy and the city where he was born. The initiative was promoted by the Friends of Gaudí Association of Reus with the support of the City Council of Reus, the Provincial Council of Tarragona, the Parish of Sant Joan Baptista and several collaborating companies.
For MaserGrup, projects like this represent much more than a sponsorship initiative. They are part of a corporate vision based on creating shared value, engagement with the local community and the commitment to actively contribute to the cultural and social development of the territory. We believe companies have a responsibility to support initiatives that help preserve collective memory, promote heritage and strengthen the elements that shape local identity.
This commitment takes on special significance during Gaudí Year 2026, a programme that includes more than one hundred cultural, educational and heritage-related activities aimed at deepening public knowledge of the archit
ect and reinforcing Reus’ position as a key city linked to his legacy.
The project will continue to evolve in the coming months with a second phase that will introduce interactive digital content developed by artist Gala Mirissa. Through a QR code, visitors will be able to access immersive 2D and 3D experiences that provide a deeper understanding of Gaudí’s creative universe and enrich the city’s cultural offering.
At MaserGrup, we are proud to support initiatives that bring together heritage, innovation and international projection. Investing in culture also means investing in the future of the territory, its ability to attract talent, generate opportunities and strengthen an identity that makes us unique and helps us grow together.
For this reason, we will continue supporting projects such as this mural dedicated to Antoni Gaudí, helping preserve the legacy of the great figures of our region and projecting it towards future generations and the world.
