Last Friday, MaserGrup had the honour of taking part in the business gathering organised by the Rotary Club Metropolitana Camp de Tarragona. The event brought together professionals, business leaders and members of the local community with a shared purpose: to exchange experiences, generate knowledge and reflect on the challenges and opportunities facing the region. Held in a remarkable venue and with strong attendance, the encounter reaffirmed its role as a key meeting point for dialogue and collaboration.
During the session, our president, Xavier Martínez i Serra, was invited to share MaserGrup’s trajectory and the vision that shapes the company’s growth. His presentation focused on a central theme: how to build a global company from within the local territory by leveraging local resources, investing in talent and maintaining an innovative mindset.
